What size battery is suitable for my kids electric toy car, motorbike, jeep, trike or quad?

It is of course very important that you buy the most suitable size battery engined toy vehicle for your kid[s] or grandkid[s]. Please see below for the suitable age ranges for each size battery. You will see on all our kids electric toys product descriptions that we state the suitable age ranges for each product.

However, as the battery ranges are from 6v, to 48v, the battery is all about the amount of speed and power the vehicle will be capable of. If your child or grandchild is much smaller of larger than the average for their age then you would need to use your knowledge at to whether it may be better to get an electric toy that is a larger size than recomended or indeed smaller size.? Electric Toy Battery Size Guide:

• 6v batteried vehicles are suitable for ages 18 months - 3 years
• 12v batteried vehicles are suitable for ages 4-5 years
• 24v batteried vehicles are suitable for ages 5-6 years
• 48v batteried vehicles are suitable for ages 6 and over

Do the products arrive assembled?

They arrive part assembled and normally require 30 mins or so to put together, and can be quite fun to do.

How long will delivery take?

We aim to process orders within one working day (orders placed after 4:30pm will be processed the following working day). Shipping will take place in up to 3 working days after this, although in our experience this is usually within the minimum amount of time. Delivery therefore will be within 2-5 working days after you have placed your order.

Returns & refunds?

You have 14 days to return for whatever reason, original packaging must be kept. We also give 30 days parts only cover should any parts be faulty, excluding batteries and wheels.

How long do I need to leave the battery on charge?

21 hours before use, although please refer to the original manufacturers instructions for guidance in cases otherwise specified.
